Erin Glover-Frey practices in the areas of Condo/HOA Law, Business Law, Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate and Construction Defect, both counseling clients and litigation. On the litigation end, she defends and prosecutes cases before the State and Federal Courts; the Florida Department of Business Regulation, Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes; the Florida Commission on Human Relations; the Florida Department of Environmental Protection; and private mediation.

Previous to relocating home to Ormond Beach, Erin worked for several boutique civil litigation firms in New York City, with a broad range of practice areas. Erin attended Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY for undergrad and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University for her law degree. While in law school, she served as Chair of a non-profit corporation serving the unemployed population of NYC, which won her the Cardozo Public Service and Achievement Award upon graduation. Erin also worked as an editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Erin is an Ormond Beach native and graduate of Seabreeze High School. She lives in Ormond Beach with her husband, daughter and dog.
