Erin Glover-Frey brings big-firm experience with local sensibilities to the Kistemaker Business Law Group. She is an Ormond Beach native and graduate of Seabreeze High School, after which she attended Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY for undergrad and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City. While in law school, she served as Chair of a non-profit corporation serving the unemployed population of NYC, which won her the Cardozo Public Service and Achievement Award upon graduation. Erin also worked as an editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law.
After law school, Erin worked for several boutique civil litigation firms in New York City, where she gained expertise in managing cases from initiation, pre-suit procedures, all phases of discovery, motion practice, and ultimately, taking the case to trial. She focused on a broad range of practice areas, including professional malpractice (accounting and dental), insurance coverage, toxic torts (lead, asbestos, mold), personal injury, employment discrimination and other civil rights violations. Erin is especially adept at complex, technically-driven matters requiring close reading and attention to detail, including multi-million-dollar accounting malpractice cases or construction defect litigation with conflicting insurance provisions.
Erin is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida, practicing in the areas of Condo/HOA Law, Business Law, Landlord/Tenant disputes and construction defects, and litigation. She lives in Ormond Beach with her husband and daughter and is on the board of the Pine Trail Elementary School PTA and is a member of the Volusia Flagler Association of Women Lawyers.
