Consultation Fees

• One-Hour Consultation: $345.00
• Thirty-Minute Consultation: $190.00

Thirty-minute consultations are offered only in limited circumstances and at the firm's discretion following an initial intake review.

Payment is requested no earlier than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled consultation or at the time of the consultation.
Once payment is made, consultation fees are non-refundable.

Purpose and Scope of a Consultation

A consultation is limited to the specific time reserved and is intended solely to:

• Review the information provided,
• Identify relevant legal issues, and
• Provide general legal guidance and options based on the facts presented.

A consultation does not include ongoing representation, document preparation, correspondence with third parties, or follow-up work.
No attorney-client relationship is formed beyond the consultation unless and until a separate written engagement agreement is executed by the firm.

Consultation Availability

Consultations are generally scheduled on:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Fridays: By special request and subject to availability

Consultation Format

Consultations may be conducted:

• In person
• Via Microsoft Teams or Zoom
• By telephone

Who May Attend

Consultations are intended for:

• A community association, through its authorized representative(s)
• An individual or couple (husband and wife or partners)
• A business entity, through its authorized representative(s)

The consultation will be conducted only with the individual(s) or authorized representative(s) who requested the consultation. Additional attendees are not permitted unless expressly approved by the firm in advance.

Conflict Check Requirement

Before a consultation can be confirmed, the firm must complete a conflict of interest review. You will be required to provide:

• Full legal names of all involved parties,
• A brief description of the legal issue, and
• Any related entities, associations, or potentially adverse parties.

Submission of intake information and payment of a consultation fee does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm reserves the right to decline a consultation if a conflict exists or if the matter falls outside the firm's scope of practice.
