Sydney Russell is the Paralegal and Office Manager of Kistemaker Business Law Group and heads the Collections and Covenant Enforcement Department for the Firm’s association clients. She joined the Firm in 2023 as a Legal Assistant and has since advanced through multiple roles based on her strong performance, leadership, and operational expertise.

Ms. Russell has distinguished herself through exceptional performance across nearly every operational role within the Firm. Since joining the Firm, she has held positions including Bookkeeper Assistant, Bookkeeper, Receptionist, Office Manager, and Legal Assistant, developing a comprehensive understanding of firm operations, client relations, and association representation. She currently oversees Client Relations, manages collections, covenant enforcement, and day-to-day matters.

Ms. Russell also assists with the Firm’s Summer Internship Program, supporting onboarding, coordination, and day-to-day guidance for interns while ensuring alignment with Firm standards and operations.

Ms. Russell graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Human Services. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of West Florida, where she is further developing her expertise in leadership, management, and strategic business operations.

Ms. Russell’s experience includes extensive work in condominium and homeowners’ association matters, including collections, covenant enforcement, client communications, and administrative coordination. Her progression within the Firm reflects her strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and lasting impact on the Firm’s operational foundation and client service standards.
